Provide
that candidates’ social security numbers are non-public data. (The Department
of Finance has notified staff that beginning Oct 1, 2002, social security
numbers must be included in the information necessary to obtain a vendor
number. Vendor numbers are required to make public subsidy payments to
qualifying candidates)
2.
Provide
late filing provisions for Minn.Stat.10A.08 (Representation Disclosure) that
are consistent with the late filling provisions in other programs.
3.
Include
lobbyists in the prohibition on giving excess contributions. Minn. Stat.
10A.27, subd. (2)(c)
