Status Report of Campaign Finance & Public Disclosure Board Matters

 

 

 

I.          Major Cases/Major Issues:

 

            Campaign Finance & Public Disclosure Board vs. Minnesota DFL: I informed the DFL and Judge Connolly of the Board’s decision not to accept the settlement proposal previously made by the DFL. The case has been reassigned for trial to Judge Dale Lindman. The Parties intend to file summary judgment motions later this month. We are preparing a stipulation of facts for that purpose.

 

II.        Enforcement Matters:

 

            At this time there is one active enforcement file (Sheree Breedlove) at the Attorney General’s Office. A summons and complaint will be served shortly. Please see the attached charts
