I.          Major Cases/Major Issues:

            Campaign Finance & Public Disclosure Board vs. Minnesota DFL: Mediation will be conducted by retired Judge John S. Connolly on April 26. Due to scheduling considerations, Judge Van De North has reset the trial date to August 26, 2002.

II.        Enforcement Matters:

            For the status of enforcement matters referred to the Attorney General’s Office, please see the attached chart. As indicated in that report, there are no active enforcement files at the Attorney General’s Office.
