I.          Major Cases/Major Issues:

 

            Campaign Finance & Public Disclosure Board vs. Minnesota DFL: We are drafting a stipulation of facts in preparation for mediation by retired Judge John S. Connolly on April 24. Due to scheduling considerations, Judge Van De North has reset the trial date to August 26, 2002.
